Computers
To clear your cache and browsing data in Chrome:
- Click Chrome at the top, left of the screen and select Clear Browsing Data.
- In the new screen, select All Time from the Time Range dropdown menu.
- Ensure that Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files checkboxes are selected. The Browsing History box is optional.
- Click Clear Data.
- Allow this to run. Once it is complete, Quit Chrome and reopen it.
To clear your cache and browsing data in Firefox:
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear. Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked.
- Click Clear.
To clear your cache and browsing data in Safari:
- Click Safari at the top of the screen and select Clear History.
- In the new screen, select All History from the Clear dropdown menu.
- Click Clear.
- Once it is complete, close out Safari and reopen a new session.
Ipads
Chrome:
- Tap on Chrome to launch the App
- Tap on the 3 dots near the upper right corner
- Select Delete Browsing Data
- Change the Time Range to All Time and tap Delete Data
- Double tap Home to close out of Chrome and relaunch
Safari:
- Tap on Settings
- Scroll on the right down to Apps
- Find Safari in the list and tap on it
- Scroll down to the History and Website Data section
- Select Clear History and Website Data
- Select All History
- Tap Clear History
