Your new phone will start working on Monday, June 26th at approximately 9AM. Please take these steps to connect your new phone:
- At the end of your workday on FRIDAY June 23rd, Unplug the telephone cable from the back of your phone.
- Take the new phone out of the box, attach the stand, the handset and plug the existing telephone cable into the port on the back of the phone marked “Internet”. The phone will take a few moments to start up.
- Check out the Quick Start Guide included with the phone to familiarize yourself with your new phone. Additional guides are available on the TSR system webpage.
- Deliver your old phone to the specified collection location in your building.
Do not dial "9" when calling an outside number.
The voice mail PIN is set to 0000 and should be changed immediately, via your zoom.us account. Instructions for changing the PIN are found here.
