The first step in resetting your Apple ID is to determine which Apple ID password you need reset. There are 2 possible account options, a district provided Managed Apple ID (MID) for both student and staff or a personally created account.
Once you have determined which Apple ID you are using, please select from the following process.
- To reset a MID please contact the help desk at (253) 800 - 6767, or reach out to the building librarian or clerk for assistance. This password is manually reset.
- To reset the Apple ID personally created go to iforgot.apple.com and follow the instructions to reset your password. Please note ** you will want to reach out to Apple support directly if the process to reset the Apple ID does not work.
