To contact the help desk directly please call (253) 800-6767. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7am - 4:30pm. During the summer the office closes at 3:30.
As a reminder the call may be monitored or recorded for quality training purposes. Each call to the help desk will create a new support help desk ticket. If a TSR has already been submitted please have that ticket number ready so we can merge the two.
